What it does differently
Uses less film
For printers with fixed sheet lengths, it compares every combination of sheet sizes and picks the one with the shortest total film, instead of filling one sheet at a time.
Keeps orders together
Pieces from the same order land on the same sheet whenever they fit, so you don't hunt across sheets when packing.
No mixed sizes
Optionally keep one size per design per sheet. Pieces that differ by a few millimetres are hard to tell apart after cutting.
Numbered cut map
Every piece gets a number, linked to its order and size, so whoever cuts and packs knows exactly what each piece is.
Your files stay on your computer
Nesting and image export happen in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so customer artwork stays private.
Made by a DTF shop
We print with an xTool Apparel Printer every day and built this to nest our own orders.

FAQ
- Is it free?
- Yes. The full web tool is free, with no sheet limits and no sign-up. Pro (US$19/month or US$190/year) adds REST API and MCP access; see Pricing above.
- Do I need to upload my designs?
- No. Your browser does all the work and your images are never sent to a server. We count page visits with cookieless analytics.
- Which file formats work?
- PNG with a transparent background is best. JPG and WebP also work. Transparent edges are trimmed automatically so pieces sit closer together.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Use a desktop or laptop browser. Full-size 300 DPI sheets need more memory than phones allow.
- Will it work with my RIP software?
- The output is a standard 300 DPI transparent PNG at the exact sheet size, which RIPs and xTool Studio can import.
