Gang sheet builder for 30 cm DTF rolls
DTFNest packs a batch of DTF designs onto the least film for 30 cm DTF rolls and exports 300 DPI transparent PNG sheets, a numbered cut map and a CSV. It runs in your browser; your artwork is not uploaded.

- Top and bottom margin: 0.2 in (5 mm) each
- Roll: sheets grow in steps of 0.4 in (10 mm), up to 78.7 in (2000 mm) per sheet
- Default gap between designs: 0.2 in (5 mm) (you can change it)
- Output resolution: 300 DPI

How DTFNest nests for 30 cm DTF rolls
This is a roll, so each sheet is only as long as the layout needs. DTFNest rounds the used length up to the next 0.4 in (10 mm) step, and starts another sheet once a sheet would pass 78.7 in (2000 mm). It minimizes total length, keeps each order together when it fits, and can rotate designs 90° if that saves film.
How many designs fit
Counts below come from running the real DTFNest nesting engine on a single design size at the default 0.2 in (5 mm) gap with rotation allowed. Each column is a roll length; rolls can be cut to any length in steps. Mixed batches with different sizes will pack differently.
