How DTFNest nests for the xTool Apparel Printer
This printer uses fixed sheet lengths, so DTFNest does not just fill one sheet after another. It compares combinations of the available sheet lengths (18.1 in (460 mm) and 23.6 in (600 mm)) and picks the one that uses the least total film for the whole batch. Pieces from the same order stay on the same sheet when they fit, and designs can be rotated 90° if that saves film.

Counts below come from running the real DTFNest nesting engine on a single design size at the default 0.4 in (10 mm) gap with rotation allowed. Each column is one sheet. Mixed batches with different sizes will pack differently.
